- 2024-05-27Hi parents, just wondering what are your thoughts of sending your baby to infant care? I’ve been thinking a lot, because I would miss my baby when I start work soon.
- 2024-05-27Hi mummies. I am currently 13 weeks now and im curious when will the baby bump will start to show? My appointment is in 4 weeks from now and i will tend to overthink if my pregnancy is doing well or not as i had 2 miscarriage at 7 weeks before this. Im a bigger built with tummy fats so it makes me hard to know when my baby bump will show. Appreciate for the replies ☺️ #firsttimemom
- 2024-05-27Hi, I just did a scan at KKH @ EPAU unit... 6 weeks can't see fetal pole/heartbeat... is this normal? Dr. mentioned its still to early and requested for another 2 weeks to confirm? Is this normal?
- 2024-05-27Hi mummies! Anyone has recommendations on where to get full month box? I’m considering sweetest moments but I’m not sure if it’s good. Anyone ordered their full month box before?
- 2024-05-27Often breathed in second hand smoke whenever i walked past smokers. Alrdy tried my best to avoid them but sometimes is just impossible to notice
:( Any mummies experienced this also, did baby turned out fine?
- 2024-05-27Any mummies have this experience? Am abit worried hearing it as I’m about to travel at my 23rd week of pregnancy and will be walking quite abit while overseas…

- 2024-05-27Hi mummies,
I’m planning to deliver in NUH (as I have staff benefits). However I noticed their antenatal package only includes 2 scans (at 20 and 32 weeks) as compared to private gynae who will do scans every consultation.
Am thinking of visiting the private gynae near my place, but deliver in NUH. When is the latest I should book an appt with NUH to prepare for delivery? Has any mummies done sth like this too? Or should I stick to NUH throughout?
Thank you!

- 2024-05-27I either drink hot or iced water. Any room temperature water makes me feel nausea. Week 13 now. Whenever I only drink hot water, I don’t drink more than 1L per day, but with ice cube water, I drink more. No ice, not able to drink either. How? Is this acceptable?

- 2024-05-27Hello mamas! How do I know if my baby is ready to wean her dream feed? She sleeps at 7-730pm, takes her last feed at 11pm (while asleep) and sleeps till 7-730am. I want to see if i can drop her 11pm feed.
She seems to know that she’s getting the 11pm feed cause sometimes when i walk into the room she automatically raises her head and opens her eyes. But goes to sleep while drinking milk.
How do i wean? Do you guys cold turkey or slowly drop the amount until 0ml?
- 2024-05-27any recommendations for anti-stretch mark cream? thanks! :)

- 2024-05-28Dear mummies, I've been battling with terrible body aches and have maxed up my mcs and leaves. But whenever I go to my gynae they would say they are unable to give me HL. I'm currently on my third trimester working in healthcare and sadly, I have to move around a lot which is tiring and painful for me. Any tips on how to get HL? Thank you mummies!❤️
- 2024-05-28I had a silent miscarriage (no heartbeat detected at 8w of pregnancy) and underwent D&C last year. I recently found out that i’m pregnant but i’m worried the incident is going to repeat itself…kind of dreading the upcoming appt with my Gynae. Anyone with similar experience?
- 2024-05-286 weeks +6 days diarrhea everyday. Gynae said normal and no medicine prescribed. Anyone with the same experience? Is it normal? How to make the diarrhea stop?
- 2024-05-28Hi Moms, please don't judge. I'm reaching out because I'm feeling really confused and torn right now. I recently found out I'm pregnant, which is incredibly exciting, but I'm struggling with a habit I know I need to break: smoking.
I've been a smoker for quite some time, and while I desperately want to quit for the health of my baby, I'm finding it incredibly difficult. Whenever I try to refrain from smoking altogether, I start feeling extremely nauseous and end up vomiting. It's like my body is rebelling against me for depriving it of something it's used to.
Here's what I've been doing lately: instead of inhaling the smoke into my lungs like I used to, I've been just drawing it into my mouth and then exhaling. It's not ideal, I know, but it seems to alleviate the nausea temporarily.
I'm aware of the dangers of smoking during pregnancy, and I'm really trying my best to do what's right for my baby. But I feel so lost and conflicted right now. Has anyone else been in a similar situation or have any advice to offer? I would really appreciate any guidance or support you can provide.
Thank you so much. 🌸 #seriouslyasking #nojudgement #firsttimemom
- 2024-05-28Recently, I discovered that there's a history of autism in my husband's family, affecting both his parents and grandparents. He never mentioned this to me before, and now that I'm pregnant, I'm terrified that our baby might inherit it too............
I can't helpbut feel angry and betrayed that my husband kept this information from me. I understand that discussing family health history can be sensitive, but this feels like something crucial that should have been shared with me, especially considering we're starting a family together. isn't it???? I'm struggling to process all of this information and what it might mean for our child's future. I feel like I've been thrown into a situation I never expected, and I don't know how to navigate it.
Has anyone else been in a similar situation? How did you handle it? And does anyone have any advice or resources for dealing with the possibility of genetic inheritance? Any support or insights would be greatly appreciated right now.... 💔💔💔💔💔 #pregnancy #firsttimemom
- 2024-05-28I am a mum-to-be at age 45
Have 3 healthy kids, with my 3rd child born 10 years ago
Had a natural miscarriage last September
Done some research on down syndrome and I know that it will not be easy
But I have decided to keep this precious baby
Wanna see if any mummies can share experience with me and encouragement to keep me going
- 2024-05-28I have been experiencing frequent cramps in my abdomen. The cramps come and go, and they're not accompanied by any bleeding. However, they're quite uncomfortable and worrying me a lot.
I've been doing some research, and I've read that abdominal cramps can sometimes be an early sign of miscarriage, but I'm not sure if that's what's happening to me. I haven't had any bleeding, which seems to be a common symptom alongside cramps in miscarriage situations.
Anyone has similar experience?
- 2024-05-28Hello mommies! I need recommendation for circumcision for my 2+ month old baby boy. Already enquired Sidek Clinic but their availability July onwards. Wanted to go Dr Zainal because relatives recommendation but read reviews online, alot of bad reviews/experiences for circumcision by parents and their child.😖
- 2024-05-28I actually have a very high pain tolerance. But when I gave birth to my first child via C-section, when they injected the anesthesia into my back, it was so excruciating. The anesthesiologist told me to relax and stay calm. I was already super relaxed because I knew my pain tolerance was high. I could endure being pricked 1-5 times, but still no relief 😭 It was only after about 10 pricks in my back that the epidural finally took effect. Oh my! From being relaxed and calm to starting to scream, to eventually shouting and crying because I couldn't bear it anymore and was so frustrated with the doctor, why was it taking so long!? 😭😭 Even now, just thinking about it makes me angry 😭😭
After the C-section, I told my husband about the excruciating pain of the repeated needle pricks for the anesthesia, and when he saw my back, the bandage was huge, and when it was removed, the gauze was soaked in blood (ugh, just recalling this still hurts).
Now, I'm traumatized by epidurals 😭 In several months I'll have another C-section, hopefully the epidural won't be as painful as the first one... Hopefully, the doctor will be more skilled.
Has anyone else had a similar experience? And for those who have had epidurals that weren't painful, please share so I can feel a bit more at ease 🙏🏻🥺🥺
- 2024-05-28Did not know japanese sauces (e g. Ponzu and gomatare sauce) had mirin (14% alcohol) in it. Had it quite a few times during pregnancy. Understand that alcohol is reduced when cooked but the sauces i had was uncooked. Any fellow mummies had it during their pregnancy b4 too? Should i be concerned about baby taking in the alcohol?
- 2024-05-28Any suggestions mommies for not enough breast milk? Tried to pump every 3 hourly but milk is getting alot lesser than before.
- 2024-05-28Mom, sorry if it's vulgar. How many times a week do you have sex? My husband and I maybe only 1-2 times... I've complained before and said it's rare. He says he's tired and needs rest after work. Well, I'm mostly at home. But how many times a week should it actually be? Do you and your partner have a set schedule, or is it more spontaneous? How do you navigate differences in libido or desires?
- 2024-05-28Last night, I accidentally saw the search history on my husband's phone, and it turns out there are a lot of porn sites. He just came back from a week-long business trip. I'm really sad... I feel betrayed. Does he masturbate and fantasize about other women?
It's true that my husband often initiates sexual intimacy. Maybe if we don't have sex for a week, it's quite hard for him... but still, this makes me sad and angry. But I haven't told him yet because I'm afraid I might just be overreacting. Is this normal?

- 2024-05-28Mom, I feel like I rarely stimulate my baby (2 months old). The doctor scolded me, saying don't be a lazy mother. I'm so sad. I'm not lazy, I just thought breastfeeding alone is enough for now since he can't do anything yet. What kind of stimulation can be done for a newborn baby anyway?
- 2024-05-28Hi mummies, I’ve failed my glucose test and will be required to do home glucose testing twice weekly. What puzzled me was, I am not consistently high on sugar reading. I was doing fine for breakfast and dinner, because I had light meals. It’s only lunch that is the issue, as I tend to get very hungry and ate quite abit, thus the sugar reading was high. The doctor told me that they might put me on medication even when my sugar reading wasn’t consistently high? Why though? Any mummies here have any advice on what to have for daily meals?
- 2024-05-28How many tins of formula does your baby go through in the first 4 weeks?
I worry my confinement nanny is over feeding my baby, it is only the 3rd week since birth and she is almost finishing the 3rd tin of formula.
Is this normal?
- 2024-05-28Mom, I'm feeling really distressed... I often find myself yelling at my baby (11 months old) without realizing it. If he accidentally spills something or does something frustrating, I tend to yell at him without thinking. I know this is wrong, but I don't know how to handle it on my own. I'm exhausted from cleaning the house and taking care of the baby. Lately, I've also been letting him watch TV a lot because I feel like I can't get anything done otherwise.
But recently, I've noticed my baby acting strange... He rarely makes eye contact and seems afraid of me... he's the same with other people too. He cries more easily. His development seems to be slowing down. He doesn't talk as much (even though he used to babble "mamama" and "bababa").
Could this all be because of me? I've read that symptoms like these are related to autism... Am I the cause of my baby showing signs of autism? 😭😭😭😭
- 2024-05-28What is your favourite fried dish?
- 2024-05-28What kind of doctor do you prefer for your baby and yourself?
- 2024-05-28Hi mummies! I’ve been trying to let my baby (26 days old) latch on me. He will suckle on/off and doze off to sleep then wakes up to suckle after a few seconds. He will latch for 30-45 mins on one side before pushing me away and dozing off to sleep. However, he wakes up crying for more milk after 15 mins and I am also able to pump out milk on the same side after that (slightly lesser than usual - if I’m just pumping without latching beforehand). Why is my baby not satisfied after the breastfeeding all the time?
- 2024-05-28What important details should pregnant mother let her OB know?
- 2024-05-28Who drinks caffeine even when pregnant?
- 2024-05-28Like this as it is very natural - no salt, not oily & has lots of fibre. A great snack for a pick me up!
- 2024-05-28Hi Moms... I dont know what to do. My maternity leave is ending soon, and I will have to go back to work. Initially, I was set on putting my baby in daycare while I'm at the office. However, MIL wants to take care of my baby....
To be honest, after seeing what she did with my sister-in-law's daughter, I can't trust her. My mother-in-law was once caught giving a banana to the baby, who was only 4 MONTHS OLD at the time. Even when caught, she didn't think it was wrong... she said, "What's wrong with giving a banana? It was mashed and just a little bit." Besides that, she would secretly take the baby out even though she had been told not to.
Although she has apologized, I still can't trust her. But my husband says I'm being mean if I don't let her take care of our baby, and that I should give her a chance. We've had big arguments about this with no clear resolution. I'm out of ideas on how to keep my mother-in-law from taking care of my baby............. please help :(

- 2024-05-28Getting nearer to edd ,the pain is uncontrollable...the pain making me hard to fall asleep....baby seem to be comfortable inside tummy,, haven't shown any signs of labour pains or contractions pain.
- 2024-05-28I have a 2.5 month old my breastfeeding journey in beginning was not so good as I was not getting enough milk and I thought it's not enough for my baby so I gave formula. Now I am breastfeeding her but sometimes I get these doubts if she is getting enough milk. If she is not hungry.
Her weight gain is going very well.
She wets atleast 12-15 nappies in a day alone.
Currently I am breastfeeding her most time and give formula twice a day 90 ml.
She usually fall asleep on breast and unlatch herself but after that she looks happy and is active.
I am not getting that confidence that the breastmilk is enough for her. I get these thoughts that should i give her formula what if she is hungry.
She sleeps very well at night now usually wakes up 2-3 times only at night. Is she getting enough breastmilk then?

- 2024-05-29Hello mommies! What brand(s) of thermometer do you all use? Which one do you recommend?
I am looking at Braun but not sure if I should be getting this expensive thermometer as it costs almost $100!
- 2024-05-29Hi anyone took paracetamol to ease pain in first trimester (currently 5w + 3 days) and really have bad pains on shoulder, can’t sleep at all. But I don’t want to risk it. what do I do???
- 2024-05-29Currently 16 weeks and I don't feel much of attachment towards the baby, unlike my first pregnancy.
Is it normal or I'm just biased?
- 2024-05-29Baby is 6 months now and we noticed her side teeth are coming in faster than her front teeth. Is it normal? There seems to be 4 teething coming in together too.
- 2024-05-29Hi mommies I’m currently entering my 3rd trimester and oh my god its so uncomfortable. I couldn’t keep food down. I vomited twice and I even vomited some neon yellow liquid but I didn’t eat anything yellow. My mother in law told me to just rest first but I really don’t know whether to listen or Js go see doctor by myself. I had migraine since yesterday 4 pm and only now it’s getting slightly better. My back and chest hurts like shit I don’t even dare to wear bra. And I’m feeling this constant nausea. Should I go see doctor?
- 2024-05-29Aptamil gold is good for C-section born. The prebiotics and probiotics can help boost immunity.
- 2024-05-29My 4 month old just recovering from a cold. Now she has cough and phlegm. What can I do? Any remedies? I’ve tried humidifier, saline solution, giving BioGia and sucking it out from her nose, applying rubs on her. Alamak so many but poorthing still haven’t fully recover. Side note she goes to infant care so no choice but ya how else to help!
- 2024-05-29I choose Aptamil Gold because of its added DHA for brain development, and I'm so happy with my choice
- 2024-05-29Hi Mummies! I'm under Dr Beh and not sure which hospital I should deliver at. Are there any recommendations and could I also check if the delivery costs could be paid in instalments or only full payment? As my husband is the only one working now, I'm kind of worried of the hefty bill.
- 2024-05-29If yes, I’d like to know more about the experience. Thank you.
- 2024-05-29ftm here, what are ur 5 months babies milk intake & frequency?
- 2024-05-29Hi mummies, im currently having my 2nd pregnancy. 4weeks now. But my belly has started to show. Is this normal? Plus im bloated all the time 🥲#adviceappreciated
- 2024-05-29Hi mummies! My child seems to fall sick easily, not sure if it’s because he was delivered via C section? I heard this can impact a child’s immunity. Has anyone experienced this with their kids?
- 2024-05-29Hii i am scheduled for ECV tomorrow. Any advice? Should I not go?
- 2024-05-29Anyone experience itchy vulva during 2nd trimester? It's really itchy at times that I really feel like scratching it but will cause the skin to bleed. There was some bacterial infection previously and had taken antibiotics for a week. After that it was fine and now the itchiness is back again. Tried to be as clean and wearing pantyliner but still itchy at times
- 2024-05-29Hi there! Was wondering if anyone has recommendations for maternity bottoms, leggings (for workouts - as I am an instructor/ PT) & linen shorts
I tried visiting Uniqlo but they only have sizes M & L - lots of loose fabric around the pelvis area. And they don’t have maternity shorts either, even when I tried sizing up their regular clothes the waist bands are all too stiff and uncomfortable.
Went through ASOS too - not many choices, quite a number with bad reviews such as fabric being too sheer
Not looking to purchase from SHEIN as my hubby audited their company once and he knows what goes through their backend process. Also the news just came out that their clothing toxicity levels are a lot higher than usual 😅
I feel like I’m left with no options, SHEIN is a lot more affordable but I don’t intend to buy from there anymore.
Is there any brand out there that is good where I don’t have to spent a hefty amount of money on? 🥲
- 2024-05-29I can see why that Aptamil Gold is good for C-section babies. Those prebiotics and probiotics are like a boost for their immunity.
- 2024-05-29I'm currently in my 3rd trimester, and today has been a really tough day for me.
The scorching hot weather has been draining all my energy, and I feel like I'm stuck in a never-ending cycle of sadness. Despite feeling utterly exhausted, I pushed myself to pick up my 2yo daughter after work.
But the weight of my empty bank account and the pile of unpaid bills hanging over my head is suffocating me. Even though I have a helper and my husband's support, I can't shake off this heavy cloud of sadness that looms over me. I don't know if it's my raging hormones or the constant financial struggles that are pulling me down.
To make matters worse, payday feels like a distant dream, only coming around on the 20th of each month. And to add insult to injury, my part-time salary keeps getting delayed every single month. This is the first time in a long while that I'm unable to cover my insurance, and there's a real fear it might lapse this month. On top of all this, my husband seems to have been taken advantage of by a scammer bcos his rental car.
The reason we have a helper and my husband has a car is because my husband, who has mild autism, finds it hard to understand certain things, and it's exhausting for me to keep explaining. All these struggles have drained me of the motivation to eat healthily, and I can't help but feel guilty for not taking better care of my little one growing inside me. I'm finding it hard to muster the enthusiasm to do anything else; all I crave is the solace of the air-conditioned office, away from the overwhelming demands of being a mother and a wife. But even there, a recent complaint has left me feeling utterly defeated.
I'm desperately seeking guidance on how to turn things around and what foods can lift my spirits. Despite my overwhelming fatigue, the inability to fall asleep is driving me to the brink, making me feel like I'm losing my grip on reality.
- 2024-05-29I just think post partum is hell and a lot tougher than the actual giving birth. And breastfeeding is the main cause of it. I mean not only it doesn't allow you to sleep, it causes you physical and mental pain. It feels like torture. I cannot wait for my baby to turn 6 months because I can finally stop bf. I really don't think there's much enjoyment to it. Like alright I like to see when my son is latching on to me but hey there are so many other ways to bond that doesn't cause my chest to hurt. I get sharp pain ever so often in my breast. It feels like someone is sticking needles into them. And then, the breast pads are so uncomfortable to wear outside. Why are they so scratchy? They ruin my mood instantly. Also my breast feels so tender most of the time that even a light touch feels uncomfortable. I also hate showering now because it hurts my breast. Even wrapping a towel over my body causes discomfort. Can someone just tell me if the antibodies in BM is worth all this agony? Can someone shed light scientifically if it is superior of all milk and helps with baby's immunity? Bf is a nightmare
- 2024-05-29Hi, please share some tips with this first time mom on how do i comfortably clean my newborn’s tongue.
- 2024-05-29Hyperinsulinism
- 2024-05-29Baby is 6 months plus now, don’t need night feeds but she still wakes up at 3+ every day.. we reduced the milk by half already and she would complain slightly. Do we just keep reducing until 0? And when wake up just carry and make her sleep..?
Tried sleep training but interrupted by teething, vaccine, etc..
- 2024-05-29The discomfort feels like stitches when you run after a meal. I also feel like my tummy is bigger but it's only week 9 so that's not possible right?
- 2024-05-30Hi mummies, my 18mths toddler have been coughing and sounded phelmgy. Any medicine or remedies to introduce? Been giving prospan but not really working.
- 2024-05-30Currently in 1st trim and having food aversions and nausea. What are you ladies currently drinking aside from plain water? Need some help here 🥹
- 2024-05-30currently at week 16.. i keep getting yeast infections since 1st tri.. what can i do to prevent this from reoccuring?
- 2024-05-30Mil has been comparing me with sil on how long I breastfeed the baby. I don't produce bm as much as my sil, and I struggled to breastfeed until my baby was 6 months old.
On the other hand, sil is oversupply, and she can breastfeed her 2 kids with her bm with extra supply.
Mil says cause I don't take care of myself well, which caused me to be low supply on my bm. Honestly, I did all I could, but I'm at wits end when it comes to bm supply.
I'm currently pregnant with no.2, and I'm scared about breastfeeding, to be honest.
- 2024-05-30Aptamil Gold is my go-to because it's packed with DHA, essential for my kiddo's brain development.

- 2024-05-301st beta hcg at 600+ on 24/05, 2nd beta hcg at 2000+ on 27/05. Today is 5wk2d my dr did a scan for me as these few days I had few episodes of light pink watery discharge & cramps. As I had recurrent miscarriages before can't help but start to worry as only managed to see sac today. Dr did mention the sac is in the right place. My next scan will be next monday. Just wondering is it normal to only see sac today as my previous pregnancy scans were not so early at 5wk.

- 2024-05-30Hi mummies, i need help. I stopped bf when my LO is abt 2 months. Mainly because of my constant cracked nipples everytime baby bf. I have been giving her formula milk ever since.
I can't stop feeling guilty of not bf baby. She's 4 months + now. And i want to bf her so badly, even if it's exclusive since i am a full time working single mum. I am so afraid that i no longer sustain any milk in my body for her. Is there any way i could reproduce the milk or if those lactation booster helps? 🥺
- 2024-05-31Anyone is have on off early pregnancy symptoms ? I had symptoms last week but this week like nothing suddenly.
- 2024-05-31Hi FTM here at week 31. I had sleep problems starting 2nd trimester but during that period i can at least fall asleep (only issue that period was waking up 1-2 times middle of night and can’t get back to sleep after) .
Am in 3rd trim now and I could barely sleep despite going to bed at 10.30pm. It’s so tiring as I still have work the next day. Often awake till 1-3am. Tried relaxing music and it didn’t work. Sometimes it’s due to baby being active that keep me awake. It got so bad that i rely on drowsy antihistamine to knock myself out twice every week to get proper sleep.
Any tips?

- 2024-05-31Hi mummies! Im alr into my 2nd trimester and i fear so much to announce my pregnancy to my close ones. My previous 2 pregnancy didnt make it till 2nd trimester but apparently everyone knows abt the pregnancy before it was lost. We only told our FIL abt the pregnancy and he went ard telling everyone 😔
So now i just fear that not everything will go on smoothly due to the trauma i had previously. I also need to inform my workplace about my pregnancy as i will be needing to wear maternity dress soon seeing how my baby bump is making my uniform tight 🥲

- 2024-05-31Any mamas have birth complications causing the postpartum period to be very difficult and is traumatised to have a second child? I have always wanted a second baby but I am so fearful now after my first traumatic birth. I also fell into postpartum depression because of it. It’s been a year but I still shudder thinking about it. I do think of having a second child from time to time but I’m so afraid that the same thing will happen again. So much mixed feelings. I also feel sad that my first birth experience is so traumatic that there’s a possibility we will stop at one. Any mamas experienced the same and manage to overcome? How did you process it? :(
- 2024-06-01Any recommendation for the best milk brand to boost immunity? My child is delivered through C-section and it seems like his immunity is quite weak :(
- 2024-06-01Just sharing thoughts because 1st can feel quite lonely at times with no to few people to talk to about the pregnancy since many don't know yet. Next routine scan at 14w, 6 weeks from my precious scan. Feeling uncertain how baby is doing since this is a vulnerable time with higher risk of loss. But got to wait for another 4 weeks, feels like forever! Wondering if I should tell my family only after the 14w scan to be on the safer side or at 12w when supppsedly im in 2nd tri. Haish.
- 2024-06-012nd pregnancy and my bloat is going off the charts. Im 10 weeks and look similar to my previous pregnancy when i was 5 months. Probably a little bit of belly fats from last pregnancy but the bloat is making my tummy so round and obvious. Anyone ideas how to help with the bloat? Trying to keep it hush until 2nd tri but it is getting obvious. Tia
- 2024-06-01Hi mummies! I am 13+5 weeks pregnant now and i have a very frequent heartburn. Sometimes the heartburn doesn’t go away for quite some time. And i mostly get heartburn after i eat or before i sleep at night. Is this normal? Any advice on reducing the heartburn? 😅 #firsttimemom
- 2024-06-01I recently had a miscarriage, which was my first pregnancy. I never thought I would be able to conceive, as my husband and I had been together for four years….
Long story short, it happened on Sunday, May 26th. In the evening, I started bleeding and went to A&E. Scans showed that my gestational sac was 5 weeks and 1 day old, but they couldn't see anything else. I was told to wait for my next check-up on May 28th.
On the check-up day, the doctor told me that the embryo had not grown compared to the last check-up 10 days ago. It seemed to have shifted downward, and my gestational sac looked lower than before. Both the OB at A&E and the Women’s Clinic tried to tell me that I would miscarry, but I couldn't believe it. The doctor asked me to wait another week.
The next day at 1 am, I had severe cramps that felt like I needed to poop, followed by lower back pain that made it impossible to lie down. I rushed to A&E at around 5-6 am, where they found tissue stuck at the neck of my womb and had to remove it. I was then given an abortion pill to flush out any remaining clots and waited for a while before going home.
I took a 2-3 day rest but did not do confinement, as staying home made me feel too sad. As my body recovers and my hormones re-balance, I am now experiencing increased libido, which makes me feel guilty for moving on so quickly. I am still sad, but I am trying to think positively. Since I never heard a heartbeat, perhaps it means the embryo was not alive yet?
Note: i am still bleeding mildly- i hope it can quickly end the bleeding 😩

- 2024-06-01Hello all
I just had a miscarriage on 22nd May, my 2nd MC in 6 months :(
I am still spotting a little but it’s dark blood.
I want to know when we can start trying again so I went and took an ovulation test and the 2 lines were very obvious. I thought it was weird that I’m ovulating so quickly after the miscarriage.
I then took a pregnancy test just to check and it shows positive!
I think my hormones are just messed up at the moment :(
Has anyone encountered this before ? #adviceappreciated

- 2024-06-01I'm currently living with my parents and ever since i got pregnant, my mum has been ignoring and treating me coldly. She doesn't ask about my welbeing or the baby's. I feel even much more lonelier being pregnant and it makes me stressed. My husband has been supportive but when he's not at home i just tend to sit in my room instead since nobody really bothers. I really dread coming back home after work esp when husband is not home. Has anyone gone through this before?

- 2024-06-01Hello fellow mummies.
Recently I've noticed my baby choked/gagged more often. Is it ok is it normal?
She will either choke on her own saliva or milk. She will cough several times till face turn red and then will be ok already. What do I have to do?
- 2024-06-01Any mummy face the same issue and feels very heavy already?
- 2024-06-01Hi mummies, do you have any recommendations for effective stretch mark creams that actually work + safe for pregnancy/breastfeeding? #firsttimemom #adviceappreciated
Was previously using bio oil but realised it contains retinol so I’ve stopped using it and not sure what to use instead. Started having very bad stretch marks that keep getting worse since i hit around 7.5 months mark in pregnancy despite applying serum daily since first trimester.
- 2024-06-01Hi, FTM here. I’m 14weeks and my right butt has been cramping since w13. Sometimes it escalates into a sharp pain and I cannot put pressure on my right foot. Usually happens more at night. Is this normal?
