Sick 4 month old

My 4 month old just recovering from a cold. Now she has cough and phlegm. What can I do? Any remedies? I’ve tried humidifier, saline solution, giving BioGia and sucking it out from her nose, applying rubs on her. Alamak so many but poorthing still haven’t fully recover. Side note she goes to infant care so no choice but ya how else to help!

at 4 months, really not many meds. Only iliadin nose drops and paracetamol if got fever, that's all. If baby sleeps in air con room, try to let her sleep in non air con room for a couple of days. Cough and phlegm are very annoying, but at this age, unfortunately they can't be given cough med, in order to protect them. Coughing is a reflex for babies to get rid of whatever is stuck in their throat to prevent suffocating, so can't give cough med to suppress it. Other wise, really nothing much other than letting baby tank through it
