Have any of you guys started with antenatal yoga??

cool lemme check. but for a start, prenatal and antenatal are the same leh. my insurance also uses both terms interchangeably, as does my gynae. I checked with her since I had a scan today and googled too. Dunno why yours sees a distinction. I don't think u need to focus on the term, just go for classes that are for preggos. I've been to one already and it is definitely smaller in size, and has modifications for fitness levels and level of pregnancy.
