Hi there! I totally understand your concern about having a low lying placenta after your 20 weeks scan. It can be a bit worrying, especially with travel plans coming up. Firstly, it's great that your healthcare provider has identified this early on, as it gives you the opportunity to take precautions. I would highly recommend discussing your travel plans with your doctor as soon as possible. They will be able to advise you on whether it is safe for you to travel and walk quite a bit while overseas. It's better to be safe than sorry, and your doctor's guidance is crucial in this situation. In the meantime, try to take it easy and avoid any strenuous activities. Make sure to stay hydrated and take regular breaks if you do need to walk around. It's important to listen to your body and not push yourself too hard. Remember, every pregnancy is different, and what works for one person may not work for another. So, always consult with your healthcare provider before making any decisions. Take care and all the best with your pregnancy journey! https://invl.io/cll6she
