pregnancy weight gain

Gained 12kg. My baby shower is 100 days bash. So by then alr shed off all the weight.

Gained about 10kg. Lost about 4 kg after birth. Gained back 3kg during confinement.

Gain 10kg and lost 8kg. That extra 2kg is sooooo hard to shed 😓

13 kg. Lost 10 kg 1 week PP. Then shed 3 kg more after a month...

I gained almost 9 kg , lost more than half after confinement

I gain almost 30 kg. After confinement, I’m left with 10kg.

Gain 20kg. Still 12days confinement and lost only 5kg.

I gained 10 kg and lost 9 kg by baby shower..

Gain 20+kg and lose 10kg by end of 1st month

Gained 12kg. Lost 10kg within 3 weeks. 😁
