Hi Everyone, Recently my little one who is 9mths old been having problem with sleeping. Everyday I try to put her to sleep at 9plus-10plus. Her last nap time will be around 5-6pm. I know she is tired because she is rubbing her eyes. But the biggest challenge is when I try to put her to sleep. She will cry, scream and fight with me. Good days she will just resist for maybe 5-10mins bad like today was for 1.5hrs and she still doesn't wan to sleep. I tried forcing her but there is not use at all. It's seems like she doesn't wan to sleep because she wants to play yet she is super tired. I'm so tired and heart pain to her like this. Some times she cries so badly that I just stop trying to put her to sleep and she ends up sleeping around 11pm-12am which is not good for her. Anyone has suggestion? Super desperate tired mom.
My baby just turned to 7months and started solids. But she always has hard stool that made her cry whenever pass motion. She pass motion everyday, we tried fiber, apple juice , pear...any PD to recommend ? Or anyone had same experience ?
Why my LO everytime will have flash red face, clench fist and leg bend to his tummy making alot of sound like very uncomfortable. He keep being hungry and whenever I try to put him down he vomitted the milk and then ask for milk again. I don't know is it growth spout or colic. Seeing him feeling this way make me heart pain. He didn't manage to sleep well too. He is just 3 weeks going to 4 weeks.

Lunch i cook porridge for my 8month old lo. I add organic rice, carrot, spinach n chick. She eat all. Just 10 min ago, she poo, when i see her poo. I can see a dit of her carrots n spinach like string. Is that normal. Please advice.

Hi mummies like to ask how u sterilize your bottle and after u use the milk bottle to feed do you put the bottle back to the pot? Pd say that the bottle maybe be containmenated again if I put the used bottle back into the pot, once bottle sterilise may only use once and need to sterilize for second use. Please advise
