Morning sickness plus gastric

Mommies outhere...ad sape2 yg mornng sickness smpi xblh nk mkn ap pn..n at the same time, ad gastrik..need advices or suggstions..

I’m having a really bad vomiting and gastric.. makan bole tapi 15mins after makan sure muntah balik.. cube makan gaviscon or gelusil first thing in the morning for 1 week.. like 30mins or more before makan.. avoid milo/any chocolate/tembikai/lemon/orange if possible.. kdg2 bile dtg gastric yg sgt teruk doc will prescribe ranitidine for me.. perhaps u can seek doctor’s advice on the gastric.. mmg sgt horrible bile muntah teruk sampai rase pahit keluar.. hopefully ur vomiting and gastric will get better 😘

My morning sickess is the worst ever.. Sampai fobia. Terus berhenti kerja. Malam2 nangis sbb stress asyik rasa nak muntah. 😣 But theres nothing much u can do.. you can ask your doctor & they will give u something which 'might' help (soŕry, didnt work for me) but keep experimenting on which food u might be able to take. And take it in small portion. U can take gaviscon if u feel discomfort due to the gastric.

yup.. its normal. happen to me for my entire 1st trimester. what u can do is eat light and no spicy or oily food. porridge does the trick for me and its the only thing i could eat for my entire pregnancy.. even so i would still vomit abit but i would not be as bad as if i eat something else. and also dont skip ur breakfast or other meals. and eat solid. candy helps too. get those sugar free ones.

Makan sikit tp berulang.. elakkan minum susu dl kalau lambat makan..takut muntah balik..banyakkan makan buah kurma,tembikai,rambutan juga bgs tp jgn banyak..tu utk elakkan rs mual..bubur paling sesuai dan variasikan sbb klu mcm akk nasi mmg akn muntah balik..elakkan makanan berminyak dan pedas.. minum apple susu juga boleh kurangkan mual.

sama. for the first 3 month mmg tak boleh masuk apa. even air masak pun. akan muntah balik tapi kena paksa diri telan something jugak.. you try makan buah like tembikai or kurma. buah tembikai bagus, boleh kurangkan rasa mual dan loya..you makan sikit2 tapi kerap untuk elakkan gastrik.

dlu saya pon alahan ngn smua makanan... yg boleh telan roti dgn air suam je... kekadang smpai xnk mkn pape... nak tk nak kne jgk telan buah or something yg kenyang kan perut... suami beli kan saya coco cruch, nestum, roti, biskut utk saya sorang je

We have same struggles.. And porridge is my best food at the moment im 18weeks pregnant. Vicks plus mentol candies will relieved me after vomit. All food comes in after few minutes i vomit sometimes tiring

For me i had to eat smaller meals throughout the day, like snacking on nuts/dried fruits n keep drinking water/juices

Sy ambil gaviscon..doc kata boleh ambik bila ada gastric @ acid reflux..& doc suggest buat air ginger bila angin @ bloated..
