Morning sickness

nausea, vomiting, bloated, gastric, back pain, stomachache, dizzy, stiff neck & shoulder..all these mabuk & pain & feeling i always get during all my pregancies..sometimes you get diarrhea until you feel like you just wanna stay in the toilet..?..hehe..all these ??have been my buddies since 4th weeks ?..?‍♀️

hi...i am currently 8 weeks pregnant and having the same as yours....how to overcome those mentioned?
