Hello there i just went for HSG and found out that they cant see my right fallopian tubes, and it might be blocked. Has anyone encounter such problems before. I am extremely sad. Hope to hear some positive stories

Feeling a little sore or sensitive in my breast and when I squeeze it some milk coming out easily (although prior to this it took longer for milk to come out when I squeeze to see if there's milk) stopped breastfeeding 3 months back and currently trying to conceive again, could I be pregnant ? I have missed my period for 7 days. Tested negative this morning. I thought I am pregnant because I thought I had some early pregnancy signs. Maybe I am just under too much stress at work these days. ?
