Why is everyone so crazy about the Tula carrier? And is it worth the price?

Tula baby carrier is an ergonomic soft structured carrier. Most professionally-trained baby wearing consultants will advocate the thighs being supported right into the knee pits into an M shape, with knees held higher than the bottom. Tula baby carrier have various designs that are pretty and fits personal preferences. They have good resell price if you keep them in good condition. I am using Tula myself and I find it really comfortable despite having only one of it as compared to others (some have lots of it!) You can make nice accessories for them as well, like hood with bear ears, drool pads with frills and many other variations! Really love how flexible they can be!

Tula used to release new prints only like after a long long while. The resell value was well retained. People buy it before knowing how good it is because of the resale value. But due to recent popularity hike, tula's availability has become easier reach and so the resale value has gone downhill. I would suggest that you try one out before buying :) Going out with lo in a carrier is much easier than without or with a stroller. Esp the trend has even evolved into babywearing + fashion.

I have tried Tula, Ergo, Lenny Lamb, Kodaki and Lenka. Personally I prefer Tula and Lenka best; followed by Ergo then Lenny Lamb and Kokadi. I love Tulas for the prints and amazing canvas support for my weak back. The pfas and straps are very supportive and long-lasting too! Have been since the newborn days with an infant insert till now without. Amazing carrier and yes, I fully utilised them and babied them. Wouldnt leave the house without a carrier now. Stroller? Left in the store room. Lols!

Hello, is Lenka similar to Tula in terms of the buckles and structure?

I have tried Ergo, Lenny Lamb, Kokadi, Manduca and Tula since baby was a newborn until now she's 10mo - Tula has the best comfort since she is 10+kg. After a while when baby gets heavier, I get strains on my neck, shoulders and back. But never for my Tula, honestly. Besides it being pretty, to me, comfort level is important. I have since dumped the rest (they're all in a cupboard untouched) and only carries my baby with Tula.

Not sure what's so special about the Tula but we bought the Mesh version of the ergo, which seems perfect for Sgs insane weather. We also went with the ergo as it seems to be a better fit for taller people and the wide straps are perfect for men. Also we managed to get it at a very good price on the US amazon store. :) I also checked out the kokadi - plan to get that as my next carrier. Looks and feels amazing

Frankly its still just a ssc (soft structured carrier). There's also hype with ergo previously. But i got to admit certain tula prints are really pretty, and the accessories that you can attach it too, those little frills or ribbons on your headcover. It's just really sweet. Still, i wouldn't buy tula. Its too hurtful for my pockets. I guess it up to each's comfort level. Psychically and financially.

mothercare has 15% (GSS) off tula. If you are not particular abt print i think its quite worthy. the material is very soft and the gap between the thigh is higher. am using manduca previously cos it has built-in infant seat. as the gap is small and my boy's thigh is quite fat thus causing my boy's thigh to be very red and tend to turn purple if use too long.

I have used Beco and Tula carrier and I prefer Tula. I feel less strain on my back and shoulder even after 2 hours of usage. It is really ergonomics to help to distribute baby's weight. It is very easy to use and can store in my diaper bag compactly without taking too much space. You can purchase from pupsikstudio.com where some designs have 20% discount.

There is a hype over it. Other then it's also ergonomic. It comes in many designs and range. The plus point is they comes in Toddler sizes. Great for toddlers who still wants to be babyweared. It's material is also pretty lasting too. With such high price paid for it, the re-sale value is also pretty good!
