Nowadays do you all follow the confinement rules? No bathing for a month? No washing hair? No aircon?

No... it’s tough. All these are traditional practices might not be applicable now I feel...

I bathed with herbal water. My confinement nanny says aircon is fine but can't blow directly.

Nope. I Wash my hair Everyday even in hosp. I on aircon n fan and blow directly too

For my first one 3 yrs ago, i bathed, wash hair and in aircon everyday.
