When eaten in moderation, dry fruits are perfectly safe for consumption during pregnancy. However, if you eat dry fruits in excess, you are at risk of developing various health issues like: diarrhoea, weight gain, tooth decay and possibilities of allergic reactions especially to dried nuts cannot be ruled out.

Yes you can. However, if you have prenatal diabetes please keep in mind that dry fruits contain a lot of sugar.
