My aunt says that eating more than 5 almonds per day is not good for the child as it can create too much heat inside a pregnant woman's body leading to acne. Is this true? Should I limit intake of almonds during pregnancy to 5? Pls advise.

It's highly recommended that pregnant woman to eat almonds. Almonds contain some essential nutrients vital for the healthy development of your baby. Having nuts during pregnancy is important.
