contractions 34weeks

I gave birth to my boy on labor day at 38weeks.no mucus plug,no water break.felt mild contractions since 4am and intense since 2pm so intense that i was shaking and no position is helping.i gave birth to my boy at 5pm.they ask me ti start push when my opening is only 7cm.maybe because contractions getting more frequent and i kept asking them to let me use the toilet cz i feel want to poop.what it feels like? Well at 4am i went to pee then felt want to poop which i did and also vomited what i ate.i could not sleep and felt cold.15min later i went to the toilet again and felt want to poop again but ofcourse no poop. Then my thigh felt like cramps attacking. Another 15min i felt it again and it feels like period where u feel weak.and this continues till 5am.i decide to go shower and shave then clean my room and pack my hospital bag which i dont use anything in it.start 10am i felt it like waves.. when it comes muka mcm marah then it go away im back to normal. The intense one i was shaking so bad that i forgot how to breath. If u give birth normal way, its not painful.the only pain is when they do episotomy,pull and give pressure at the perinuim and the contraction pain. And the ring of fire where the baby head is at the opening,that is not painful at all cz i was thinking to myself, where the ring of fire??😂 they break my waterbag in the labour room.it feels like i pail of warm water drop splash. Here's what u should pack in ur hospital bag. 1. Go home outfit for u (u can just recycle what u came in) and go home outfit for baby(prefer romper cz security need to check the tag on baby leg).2.swaddle for baby is very very important.3.topi for baby. 4.water bottle. 5. Maternity loop pad.(intimate selling 20pcs rm7 and 10pcs rm4. depends how u give birth,20pcs for normal.30pcs for c section.some hospitals will ask to "return" back.just bring to be prepared). 6.jacket and socks. 7. Snacks to munch on as hospital food is too sikit. And thats it. These are the things i used. I only got 2hours of nap. Even toothbrush im not using.shower??😂😂 u wont feel want to shower after give birth so no need.if u do need it u can ask dear husband to bring it later. And thats it.if u keep going to toilet and feel want to pooo and nothing happens then its time to go to hospital but go. It will also be when u walk u need to stop and breath.i hope ur delivery will be fast and smooth.

Hi. Congrats for your pregnancy. I didn't have a natural contraction as my labor was induced. I had a 16 hours contraction after 2nd dosage. The feeling was like your pelvic area was pulled in different directions all at the same time. The pain comes every 5-10 minutes and lasted about 1-3 minutes. It helps to count backwards from 10 or istighfar. Honestly, even istighfar make me breathless. I end up saying Allah.. Allah.. The experience make me love my mak even more.

i just experienced contraction pain for my 2nd born on 12may at 4pm at 5min interval.. i admit myself to hosp after berbuka on the same day.. pkul 8.47pm dah kene tolak masuk labour dgn bukaan 4cm.. my baby was born at 11.22pm that very same night.. rase dia mcm cramp perut nak poo.. bila contraction tu dtg, i takleh nak gerak.. jadi kaku kejap.. it is very important to stay calm take a deep breath and release it slowly..

Sakit tu cm cramp kt perut... Mula2 10 mint... Klau susah sgt, just download app contraction. Cr la kt google store/apple store. Bila sakit tu.. tkn that app button contraction. Then da berhnti.. dy suruh off.. dy ad record.. klau terlalu kerap..dy akn bgtau suruh pack brg utk ke hospital..Sgt berguna..mmg betul..lpas smpai hospital..lme sikit..bersalin on that day

Dlu sy 2hari tahan contraction. 1st day klua darah dlu, xde rasa sakit. Ptg2 sikit tu dah rasa sakit mcm senggugut, tp setiap 15-30minit mcmtu. P hospital, dorg xnak trima masuk lg sbb bukaan bru 2cm. Mlm tu mmg xblh tidur lgsg sbb sakit berulang2. Pagi2 tu dah start sakit setiap 5-10min. Sakit tu mmg xleh nk kata apa dah, ingt kt Allah je 😅

Hi..sy sakit contraction 3 hari then induce baru keluar baby comel tu.. sakit contaraction tu mcm batu bata digantung di seluruh pinggang dan kemudian pinggang tu kena patah patahkan..haha apa2 pn jgn risau..awak pasti boleh..sekali sakit nk bersalin tu Allah angkat darjat kita..😘

Rasa mcm sakit perut nak yak2..sakit perut memulas..smpi sy sendiri pun confuse nk yak ke nk beranak..tp makin lama akan makin sakit n sakit tu dtg kerap..monitor la masa contraction tu..

Sakit contraction cm sakit cramp bila nk datang period. Tapi sakit contraction makin sakit every passing minute.

Kaki cramp time tidur. Contraction i in 5hours only. but ya its so hard. Banyak kan berzikir shj 💖
