contractions 34weeks

hi. im new mom here ? btw，i just wanna ask to all mom here, i preggy for 34weeks already and ths is my 1st time .. can u share me about the contractions and how it feels like ? ???

i just experienced contraction pain for my 2nd born on 12may at 4pm at 5min interval.. i admit myself to hosp after berbuka on the same day.. pkul 8.47pm dah kene tolak masuk labour dgn bukaan 4cm.. my baby was born at 11.22pm that very same night.. rase dia mcm cramp perut nak poo.. bila contraction tu dtg, i takleh nak gerak.. jadi kaku kejap.. it is very important to stay calm take a deep breath and release it slowly..
