I gained a lot of weight (16kg) in my pregnancy but my gynae never mentioned anything. Maybe your Dr is worried about risk of diabetes if you haven't done the test? You can snack on healthy snacks that are low on sugar and sodium since it may increase water retention.

Getting hungry every couple of hours is normal. You are feeding two people! However, you can opt for healthy snacks like fruits and nuts, oats and organic biscuits

Hi take nuts and fruits, really help esp. if you’re at work and only have unhealthy biscuits and snacks lying around the pantry.

I get hungry every 2-3hours too. Sometimes even weird cravings in the middle of the night 😂

Normal. If gaining too much can always opt for healthy snacks like nuts or fruits

I also hungry every 3 hours... i would find some healthy nuts to snack on. Fruits too

Me too.. and now my doctor still ask me to eat more. 😰

He said that my baby weigh lesser than last month. 😶
