how much do you give to your parents or in-laws for helping you to look after baby almost 24hours a day ? and if hire nanny how much per month ?

I think nanny should be range between 900 - 1200? It really depends on how much you want to give to your parent. My husband and I would contribute and give $800 to my parent as they are no longer young so is not easy for them to take care of the LO.

Nanny rate is $800-900 Parents is really depends on how much you want to give. As i send mine to childcare after my inlaws will help with me occasionally after their school. i will still give her 100-200 monthly.

I would say it depends on what you can afford. If you can then pay your parents or in laws market rate. Otherwise, maybe you can work out an amount between your husband Nd you.
