I have unbalance boobs size due to breastfeeding. 2 cups difference. When one side engorged can be 3 cups difference. It is very obvious while I wearing fitted shirt. Any mummy facing this problem before? Will it become normal balanced boobs after I stop breastfeeding. TIA.

Hello Mummies I have a question how do we store out Breastmilk in two door fridge freezer. 1) Do we usually fill up the storage bag till full with milk then take out from the fridge thaw within 24hr to consume(afraid that the balance milk will go wasted cause is not the exact amout bby drinking) OR We filled up all e bag eg to 80ml easier for me as baby drink that amount just thaw and ready to drink no need keep pouring to make right amount but problem is as weeks go by baby intake will increase and all the frozen will be at 80ml 2)i read up that chilled milk that kept (3-8days) is better than those frozen milk that we stored Could mummies advice me the best way to store the milk Thank You!
Cimilre S3 v/s Spectra S1
Hi, any mummies tried both Spectra S1 and Cimilre S3? Any reviews on these 2 pumps? Previously tried only 9+. It was great. But thought of getting a hospital grade pump to be used at home.
I only have blackmores pregnancy and breastfeeding for supplement. Is it enough? Do I need to take any more supplementary?
I got a little lazy over the long weekend (4 days for me) and I latched/pumped less often. dragged the intervals to 5-6 hours (used to be 4). I could pump about 200ml (both boobs) every session before. now I can only pump between 70-150ml per session! left boob also feels bruised at the bottom. help! should I intro formula? baby is 7-months old and on full bm so far.

Hello mummies Can i warm up milk that was from the cooler bag an hr before feeding time? Cause sometimes baby will drink 2hrly sometimes 3hrly dont want to rush. Is that okay to warm up milk and leave it untouched milk an hr before feeding time. Warm up take ard 10mins then i will just store in my handbag for the next feeding. Sorry as im new to this
