Can’t swallow medicinen
Wtf I feel so useless. This small pill also cannot swallow. What’s easy for you does not means is easy for others. Friends and family always ask why such a small thing I also cannot do properly🙄
Hey… I am exactly like you. I use orange juice now to go with my pills. Somehow the taste of orange juice can help me to overcome the medicine taste. You can try….i started off with a lot of vomiting but I got better after the 3rd month. ..I think it also might be due to the morning sickness. I am 32 weeks now, doing well with my medicines.
Read moreme too. was like that in the past, take veri hard time to swallow. but now I overcome it and not can swallow my multivitamin and marine omega. it takes me 3mths to really cultivate the habit cos I really want to regain my health from HBP as I do not wish to take medication that harms my body.
i used to be that and even had to crush my pills to eat. But a nurse taught me this good hack when i was on HL previously. Put the pill in your mouth drink the water continuously and you will be able to swallow w/o gagging. Now i can eat any pill! try it! 😎
dont worry. i also cnnt at first. bcz whatever goes in my mouth, i will gag as my nausea is horrible. even talking makes me wanna gag. so yeah. those not pregnant wont understand one. try finding a substitute. the gummy one they say.
I used to not be able to until I found my own hack. Take a big mouthful of water, swallow a tiny bit, lean head back n open mouth with water still inside, drop pill into back of mouth, close mouth look down n quickly swallow.
Don’t be too hard on yourself. Everyone is different. There are gummy options or milk if really cannot. Anyways I always try to throw it near my throat then open up my throat then tilt my head back to swallow with water
i used to not be able to swallow too but now its better. i try not to think abt getting choked or gag.. u can put the tablet near ur throat and quickly drink gulp of water with head leaning back.
Actually, the easiest way to swallow a pill, it is to take a mouthful of water, pop the pill in your mouth, face looking down on the floor and swallow the pill and water. (:
Got to prepare yourself for DHA fish oil lol, it’s twice this size so if you cannot even take this fish oil will be worse and fish oil cnt be broken into smaller bits
