Can’t swallow medicinen

Wtf I feel so useless. This small pill also cannot swallow. What’s easy for you does not means is easy for others. Friends and family always ask why such a small thing I also cannot do properly🙄

i used to not be able to swallow too but now its better. i try not to think abt getting choked or gag.. u can put the tablet near ur throat and quickly drink gulp of water with head leaning back.
