Can’t swallow medicinen

Wtf I feel so useless. This small pill also cannot swallow. What’s easy for you does not means is easy for others. Friends and family always ask why such a small thing I also cannot do properly🙄

dont worry. i also cnnt at first. bcz whatever goes in my mouth, i will gag as my nausea is horrible. even talking makes me wanna gag. so yeah. those not pregnant wont understand one. try finding a substitute. the gummy one they say.
