Can’t swallow medicinen

Wtf I feel so useless. This small pill also cannot swallow. What’s easy for you does not means is easy for others. Friends and family always ask why such a small thing I also cannot do properly🙄

Got to prepare yourself for DHA fish oil lol, it’s twice this size so if you cannot even take this fish oil will be worse and fish oil cnt be broken into smaller bits
