Can’t swallow medicinen

Wtf I feel so useless. This small pill also cannot swallow. What’s easy for you does not means is easy for others. Friends and family always ask why such a small thing I also cannot do properly🙄

Actually, the easiest way to swallow a pill, it is to take a mouthful of water, pop the pill in your mouth, face looking down on the floor and swallow the pill and water. (:
