Can’t swallow medicinen

Wtf I feel so useless. This small pill also cannot swallow. What’s easy for you does not means is easy for others. Friends and family always ask why such a small thing I also cannot do properly🙄

i used to be that and even had to crush my pills to eat. But a nurse taught me this good hack when i was on HL previously. Put the pill in your mouth drink the water continuously and you will be able to swallow w/o gagging. Now i can eat any pill! try it! 😎
