Can’t swallow medicinen

Wtf I feel so useless. This small pill also cannot swallow. What’s easy for you does not means is easy for others. Friends and family always ask why such a small thing I also cannot do properly🙄

its okay. can try smash it and mixed with water. i have a friend whom also can swallow pill. its normal.

You can get a pill cutter…. Watsons and guardian do sell those.

with anything, it will get better with practice

what kind of FRIEND and family is that? drop them.

use pill cutter can buy from pharmacy.
