Can’t swallow medicinen

Wtf I feel so useless. This small pill also cannot swallow. What’s easy for you does not means is easy for others. Friends and family always ask why such a small thing I also cannot do properly🙄

me too. was like that in the past, take veri hard time to swallow. but now I overcome it and not can swallow my multivitamin and marine omega. it takes me 3mths to really cultivate the habit cos I really want to regain my health from HBP as I do not wish to take medication that harms my body.
