Can’t swallow medicinen

Wtf I feel so useless. This small pill also cannot swallow. What’s easy for you does not means is easy for others. Friends and family always ask why such a small thing I also cannot do properly🙄

Don’t be too hard on yourself. Everyone is different. There are gummy options or milk if really cannot. Anyways I always try to throw it near my throat then open up my throat then tilt my head back to swallow with water
