I went to gynae around 5 weeks+ and no heartbeat through vaginal ultrasound. Only get to hear my baby's heartbeat at week 8 through abdominal ultrasound. It may just be too early to hear baby's heartbeat. Be patient to your little one and most importantly stay optimistic ya❤️
