Is the gym visit need to be stop once i pregnant? Or is there any exercise in the gym allowed?

As long as your pregnancy is not a high risk one (check out my other comment on contraindication to exercise and check with your Obgyn), you can continue to exercise in the gym with some modifications. For example for aerobic exercises (cycling, cross trainer), you can reduce the speed and duration of exercise. For weight training, you can reduce the weight and do less repetitions.
