Nowadays do you all follow the confinement rules? No bathing for a month? No washing hair? No aircon?

Nope... Didnt do confinement for 1st and did my own for 2nd. No Fan but on Aircon. Bath n wash hair after 14th day.

Yes but only the reasonable ones. Not up to the extend whereby you dont keep yourself clean. Hygiene still important.

I started bathing and shampooing my hair at day 5. Can't stand it. And sleep with air con on too, so far so good :)

for 1st week I do without shower .. then after tat abt 2 day I shower once wz hair wash.. I stay in air con room

I did not bathe nor wash my hair up till date (3 weeks into my confinement) but I cannot live without aircon

I bath daily, with herbs but I did not wash my hair till the end of my confinement. No aircon or fan for me.

I didn't use Air-con Not washing hair is own choice. Not bathing is damn disgusting 😂

Nope. The weather is too hot. Need to shower and wash hair otherwise a lot of germs or bacteria 🦠

No never follow. My gynae suggested to shower and wash for hygiene purpose. Singapore is so hot anw.

I will try my best to follow as closely as possible. But I will still bath usually Chinese herbal
