Is it true that baby doesn't latch after bottle feed?

Hi mummies. Husband sort of strongly insist that I must always latch my baby in future (Edd Jan 2020 & I know its still early). Being a first time mum, I was trying to explain to him that I need my rest too during confinement & I suggest that I can pump out so that he or family can help with bottle feed. However husband heard from his friends that baby doesn't like to latch/refused nipple after bottle feed, is it true?

my baby is doing fine with bottle and latching. i can latch in the day, bottle at night. or vice versa. i think when baby needs it's milk, they wont be fussy where it comes from haha

Not true, i just gave birth in September 2019. I do pump and bottle feed as well. Latch only the day and once at night. The rest of the days i bottle fed. All good

I feel it doesn't matters as long as the baby gets the milk from the same source. I heard your body wont produce enough milk if you don't eat and rest enough.

Gave my girl bottle since day 1 since my milk supply didn’t kick in. 10 days old now, and she still takes both the nipple and the bottle.

My baby was introduced bottle on day 6 and he is fine alternating between latching n bottles. I think you might not know until uve tried.

Not true. Naturally baby will stop at some stage. Mine stopped when she started solids. And now I’m exclusive pumping.

my boys only know how to latch when they are 1month gg 2months old. i bottle fed all those while and dont give up.

I think as long as LO drinks well, doesnt matter she bottlefed or direct latch. Her wellbeing is more impt (:

My baby have been bottle fed from 3rd day onwards, didn’t want to latch thereafter and is used to bottle.

Not true, depends on baby I guess. Needs some adjustment but should be able to do both usually.
