It's not part of their scope as they are hire to take care of the newborn & cook for the mummy only. Better to discuss & have mutual agreement between both of you before you confirm the nanny if this is a concern
It's not within their job scope, but some confinement nanny are quite helpful and will do so if they have more time.
I would ask before hand. Some are really nice and wouldn't mind going the extra mile. Then again best to check.
you can discuss with your CL first before hiring. some CL are willing to help with the elder child
