Water birth leaking problem

I am a mother of 3 (coming soon) & last 2 days diagnosed with water birth leaking, my baby's only 25 weeks old. Any MD or staffs / mothers experienced the same condition as I do, what to do to increase the fluids back? I and my spouse really want the baby to be healthy & normal as his siblings...please help
