3 times seems to be too much for week 19. Maybe you have weak bladder, according to a masseur who did my breast massage. I was going toliet v frequently at week 16 too. But after that i got better to twice and now, at week 23, i dont have to wake up to toliet anymore. Slp thru 8 hours. So probably its a phase too dear. Also train your bladder when u r peeing. Release pee, and stop pee, release n stop a few times to tighten the muscles. If u do yoga it teaches u to train pelvic muscles too. V impt for women even when we grow older.
