Hi there. No i have not heard Nor do i know of anybody who experienced menopause so early in their 30s. Menopause is suppose to happen in the late 40s or 50s. You can find out more about menospause from this article: http://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/menopause/basics/definition/con-20019726 I am not sure why u think that you are experiencingg menopaause - is it because menses has stopped? For people who suddenly on a crash diet or severely ill or those are are too fit/skinny, the body is unable to have the extra resources to have the period. If u did not make a sudden change to your lifestyle, then i strongly suggest that you visit a doctor or a gyne about it as it can be a hint at other medical conditions. Not trying to scare you but it is important that you rule out other important factors besides an over-stressed body.
Menopause usually occurs on average around age 51. Premature ovarian failure can occur at any age before 40, usually on average around age 27. When a woman experiences menopause, she no longer has follicles to produce into eggs and therefore no longer gets her menstrual period.

It would be best to visit the doctor to be assured that nothing out of the norm is happening.
I guess it depends on individual? Especially if they start their menses early?
I hope this article helps- https://sg.theasianparent.com/women-early-menopause
It’s possible especially if there’s an issue with the endocrine glands ...
I guess it's possible for some people with hormones or genetic issue.
