It's not good. There's no nutritious. For me, I study nutrition for 7 years, I would recommend nutrition supplement. If you need help to get the best nutrition for your baby, you can contact me. Coach Julius @ +65 90620540 https://catalog.herbalife.com/Catalog/en-us/Healthy-Weight/Formula-1

I cant resist too when breastfeeding. Always will tell myself that the calories will be burned off by bf, though never burn off. Bubble tea does make me feel happier and I choose to believe that it helps in supply too.

If you're avoiding because it's too fatty you can cut down to 25% or even 0 sugar, I find the pearls are sweetening enough. Without the sugar it's healthier than most soft drinks already

Actually, you don’t need to avoid a lot of things while breastfeeding; only alcohol and food/drinks that causes allergic reaction to your LO.

🙋‍♀️😜 one or two cup I think is fine I remembered there's mummy comment bubble tea increase their milk supply

I think you can have it in moderation :) Just keep watch on the sugar intake and may be use brown sugar instead

Drank it! Is it the caffeine that you are afraid of? Or the sugar? My baby seemed fine even after I drank it

Should be ok. I occasionally take a coffee now and then too. Baby seems fine

You don’t need to avoid it, especially if you’re only drinking it once in a while:)

I do drink it occasionally. It’s fine to have it while on breastfeeding.
