Mummy of 1 active boy
10 months can’t talk
Is it normal that my baby is 10mo but only can make uh uh uh sounds?
Letting baby decide on eating
Parents, are you one to subscribe to the school of thought of letting your baby decide how much to eat and what to eat?
6mo diarrhoea
My baby just turned 6 mo. He has been pooing 4-5 times a day for the past 4-5 days. Paste form. He used to poo once or twice every 4-5 days. Is he having diarrhoea? Should I be worried? He does not seem lethargic, still in good spirits, still drinking well, not vomiting. Fontanelle does not seem more sunken than usual.
5mo uncooperative drinking milk
Hi, my baby is slightly more than 5mo. Recently he keeps turning his head away when we feed him. He’ll suck once or twice then turn away. But he doesn’t fight or struggle and does want to drink. He’ll open his mouth eagerly when we bring the bottle near but again suck twice and turn away. It’s not a teat problem as we just changed not long ago. Just want to check if anyone else has this problem? And is it normal and why?
Traditional vs baby led weaning
Hi mums! Traditional or baby led weaning, and why? Pls share with me your experiences and thoughts.
Resume exercise
Mummies, how do you know when you can resume normal exercise regime (including ab work)? I have ab separation and have been doing post natal pilates and barre classes and avoiding ab work. But I don’t know how long it takes before I can resume normal classes rather than postnatal classes. I’m 4 months pp now. And for those who says gynae to advise, my gynae does not advise; she didn’t even help me check for ab separation and said I can easily check it myself. Dying to get fit again.
Sucking thumb
My baby is starting to suck his thumb/fingers. What wipes can I use to wipe/clean his fingers so that he doesn’t suck on germs? Not convenient to use wet clean cloth outside
Postpartum hair loss
How to deal with postpartum hair loss? Or does it get better at some point?
Helper handphone usage policy
Mummies with helper taking of newborn, do you let your helper keep/use handphones?
Preemies
Hi mummies, anyone with preemie baby (33-36 weeks)? Care to share the developmental milestones and timeline (physical and behavioural) for your baby? I get confused when to use corrected age and when not to.
