my baby doesn't "talk" to me as much as she does with my mil... i do spend more time with her as i try to direct latch as much as i can. but my MIL will take baby from me to shower then close her room door n keep baby for herself. me from the other room can hear baby chattering away. my heart feels sour n upset....

My MIL has been snatching my hub's brother child. When the child wants to look for mummy, mil will hold and hug the child while saying .. no you wan Ah ma.. 😂😂 i can see the brother's wife face turned real black. I cant imagine if that happens to me. I probably get my hub to talk to her

Why? You should be glad and happy that you’re MIL is helping to look after your baby and you. You can create bonding time when you bring your child out or when you put her to bed every time.

Can't be helped really. You just need to spend every other available time you have with your child to bring the bond closer(:
