Why my husband want to rent a room out

As I want to say my husband decided to rent a room to his mother best friend whom is a malaysian and is a female plus therefore he became of her, he shake me up in the middle of the night and keep pestering me rent the room out he say as Malaysian lockdown we must help her and I tell him shutup just tomorrow talk after my job but he doesn't want he say he have to talk now mean now plus also he fetch her go out to anywhere without inform me as I'm his legal wife how can he do that because of his mother. Sigh I felt it is too much of him.
