Anyone can enlighten me, whether the heaty food that a mother consumes during her confinement period will cause her to stop producing milk?

A mother’s food has little to no effect in milk production. The frequency and effectiveness of latching or pumping more likely has.

Nope.. in fact, a lot of confinement food is heaty.. doesn’t lessen production
