I'm Indian (Punjabi) and we are made to eat this dish called Panjiri during confinement period. Panjiri is a traditional dish believed to provide vital nutrients and help lactation. While understanding the benefits of that, but it also gets me feeling very heaty. Will this affect me in any way or is there anything I can have with it to make me feel lighter and better?
