Heaty during confinement

Drinking red date longan water made me really heaty and my mum doesn't want me to drink plain water. As a result made me really heaty and now my csec wound has a small 9mm collection fluid inside.

Please do drink plain water… especially if you breastfeed (boost milk). Regardless of whatever method of delivery, plain water is important.

Omg same here ! Bc of all this confinement food & drinks make me heaty & now im sick , sore throat and flu ……

me too, im having flu and sorethroat now. what do you all eat to cure your sorethroat?

end up i drank this brown rice water and yes alot of warm water during my confinement. after i got better than i drink the red date tea, diluted with warm water
