Pumping at work

Hello Working mummies, How often do you pump while at work? If you pump more than once, do you bring extra flanges and bottles? Or do you wash them and use it for round 2? What do you wash it with and how do you sterilize the bottles & pump flanges? Reason I asked if because am heading back to work soon. And not sure how flexible can it be, to be away pumping several times in a day. Appreciate your advices. TIA.

I pump twice at work. I have 2 pumping bottle/flange sets as it is time consuming to wash and sterilise after each use.

Last time I pump 3 times a day, using disposable milk bag. As for the flange and bottles, I use hot water to wash them.

No there isnt. :( Thats why... only nursing room.

Two to three times depending on schedule, don't get stressed over it :)

I pump 2 times And I put the pump in fridge and never wash
