Exclusively pumping mummies at work

Hey EP mummies, how did you ladies deal with the demanding pumping schedule at work? 🥲 Right now I’m pumping every 3 hourly and I don’t know how I am gonna do that at work! The lack of sleep + having to pump 3-4 times at work 😱 Not sure whether I’ll get judged too, plus the extra time taken required to wash & sterilise the parts sigh

If it’s too tough then pump lesser 🥲 don’t let the ideal put too much stress on you. I didn’t wash & sterilise after every pump. Only once a day, at home. I put the flange and bottles in a ziplock bag and into the fridge. I also dragged the night pumps to 6hours so I get at least 5 hours sleep.
