There are lots of exercises you can choose from. You just have to adjust the intensity if you're pursuing it. For obvious reasons, martial arts aren't advisable when pregnant, but I found swimming useful for relaxation. Prenatal yoga and dancing can be fun too! I joined Prenatal Pilates during my 1st pregnancy and find it very helpful to ease my leg cramps and backpain. For the subsequent pregnancies, I watch youtube and revise my previous notes to practice. In addition, you can try prenatal yoga and swimming. These exercises are safe for preggies.

As far as i have seen, yoga would be the best exercise for pregnant women.

Something as simple as going for regular walks will keep you healthy
