If tight budget is ur concern, KK is the best option. They only charge U RM 1 for registration, then its free thru out ur appointments,regardless whatever tests if needed. Labor charges in GH? Depending on which class ur in. If u / hubby hv GL, its free of course. If no, so fret not, its still gonna be within budget, without the stretch. Labor charges in private hosp? Im staying in N9 so can only give U the rough figure for hosp around my place. Last I checked : Salam N9 2.5k to 3k normal delivery Columbia 3k above normal delivery GH or private is totally ur choice.

Directly go to KKIA to open your pink book for regular checkups. So far the services are quite good and complete you and most importantly its free. Deliver in gov hospital wont cost that much if you can ready 1k already more than enough. Other cost u may concern more should be on the baby's essential needs rather than hospitalization.

go for nearest klinik kesihatan (KK) for monthly check up if you have tight budget & of course no charge till delivery process at gov hosp. register first for "buku pink" the most important for mother & baby. if not sure you can call KK for more details & procedure.

Since you are in tight budget just try check ups in government and if everything seems fine and satisfy to you then proceed to deliver in government hospitals why not. Check ups in governments are free and deliver will not charge so much or too much.

Based on your history, should go check up for make pink book.. No budget, just continue to government la.. No need to waste money for deliver at private..

Went check up at KK eveey month. And big detail scan at private hospital during 12 weeks, 20weeks, 28weeks, 32 weeks. Each check up at KK save a lot of money.
