Fever, Cough And Body Hot

Last night, i take one paracetamol because i cant hold, can't sleep, in fact already in 5 days the situation like this, should i go to the clinic???

actually during pregnancy mommy should not take any of paracetamol because it can harm your baby. but ya refer to your doctor first .
