Miscarriage baby sac?

Hi ladies, so im supposed to be 6weeks today. However today mid morning i had heavy bleeding and slight cramps. I rushed myself to my gynea and she told that baby sac is still there but possible miscarriage due to the heavy bleeding. So now at home, after going through the blood clots and tissues, i saw this round pinkish watery tissue. Any idea if this is the babysac? P/s: this is my 2nd pregnancy and never had a miscarriage before
