Bleeding In pregnancy

Im pregnant for 6 weeks now... according to scan ... i had bleeding 1 week ago ..went for check up treated and discharged as treathened misscarriage... Now the bleeding has stop but staining when wiping is there... is there any possibility that this pregnancy will continue... im worried as i need this baby... Had misscarriage last year as well my next appointment for scan is 28th august
