My friend faces the same problem as you. When she was pregnant she will automatically wakeup at 2-3am and just can't get to sleep. She couldn't explain why as well. Maybe getting a head massage (only head coz you can't massage after your 1st trimester) will help. Essential oil like lavender to scent your room. Temperature of the room to be at 23 to 24, as the weather is so hot recently, my normal temperature in the room couldn't satisfy me too. What I'm trying to say is temperature makes a difference too. Also monitor your diet, avoid caffeine or sugary food or drinks. Your body gets more sensitive to these when you are pregnant. If you are blessed with leave, maybe can clear leave and go for a holiday to relax yourself too. Most importantly, you are not the only one facing this problem. Stay positive. Later before work get a normal chicken essence. :)

:) no problem. Hope you have a deep sleep soon. My sugar tolerance changed too after I'm pregnant. Its like a total new body to adapt to. 😊

Yes. I am at my week 6 also having insomnia. Woke up pretty often in the middle of the night. Don't have a good quality sleep.

Sucks. I feel like zombie alr

It is normal. I am coming to the end of my secobd trimester & i'm only falling asleep at 5/6am 😖

Would try catching on my sleep during lunch time or whenever i have the time 😣

Tried drinking warm milk... off screen time 1hours before sleep ... its helps

It's normal. Try drinking milk

It's normal. Even I fall sleep I have nightmare

I sleep whenever I feel tired... Rest is very important during pregnancy

I had insomnia and vivid dreams all throughout my first and second trimester. Try taking a warm relaxing shower just before bedtime. Hot cup of milo before bed. And listen to soothing sleep music (not white noise though because that can be a bit distracting), throughout the night if need be... I still wake up a few times throughout the night to get into a comfortable position and will take a while to get back to sleep, but I find that the above helps alot to let me fall asleep faster. Hope that helps you too!

Thank you I will try your method! Hopefully it helps me too :(
